The relaunch of Cimprogetti in 2015 is a reality !

The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on March 31st, 2016 in the conference hall of the Technological Park of Dalmine, approved the financial statements as at 31/12/2015 that shows an EBITDA of more than € 1.2 million (about 10% of the total value of production) and a net year profit of over € 616,000.

The Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting resolved then to increase the share capital of the company to 1,000,000 euro through the use of the reserves in the financial statements at 31/12/2015.

During the Meeting, KPMG Spa (the independent Auditor of Cimprogetti Srl) exposed the Report pursuant to art. 14 of Legislative Decree no. 27 January 2010, n. 39 and its opinion that does not show any relief.
