Important contract signed by Cimprogetti Srl together with Bedeschi SpA for the supply on E.P (Engineering, Procurement) basis of a complete plant for the production of lime for the steel industry. The supply features the engineering and equipment for no. 2 kilns model FLEX REVERSY 9 with a capacity in excess of 400 tons each, natural gas fired, complete with upstream and downstream handling system.

A worldwide leading producer of high calcium and dolomitic lime, limestone and derived products has awarded Cimprogetti for the design and supply of an hydrator model CIM-HYDRAX-4G MAX for one of his European facilities.
This new order confirms the renewed confidence of this prominent  customer towards Cimprogetti technology. In fact, over the past six years, Cimprogetti was entrusted with the provision of equipment and plants featuring the fuel conversion of a no. 3 PFR kilns, a hydrator model CIM-HYDRAX-4G 20 tph capacity, no. 2 High Efficiency separators model  CIM-MICROSEP 200 HS and 300 HS and a grinding Tubular mill 2,0 x 4,0.

Its plant features no.3 regenerative kilns, located in the District of Caracoto, Province of San Rom�n that supplies the high Andean and jungle areas in the southeast of Peru.

Fuel conversion for Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. Angul site of two existing lime kilns RD-12 model, 500 tpd each, to burn mixed gas, a mixture of coke oven gas and blast furnace gas.
The project confirms the commitment of Cimprogetti in assisting the clients which operate in the steel field to utilize low value fuels - particularly the tail gas recovered from the steel process - thus allowing significant cost savings.

A confidential Client has ordered a Twin shaft vertical kiln model Flex Reversy 4, 200 tpd, for its site in the junction area of Europe, Asia and Africa. The lime kiln will serve the production of a new type of inorganic non-metallic material with the excellent properties, widely used in E&E, petroleum chemical, construction and transportation areas, and plays an irreplaceable role in domestic economy.

One of the largest company of the chemical industry located in a former CSI Country  has ordered a 5 tph hydration and classification plant. The facility produces inorganic/organic/chlororganic/organophosphorus chemicals, silicone, chemicals for rubber production, detergents, as well as reagents for conventional power generation, oil and petrochemical industries.
